Benet disputes Berry

In his round of the public relations salvo over his divorce from Halle Berry, R&B singer Eric Benet appeared on ABC’s Primetime Thursday to discuss his side of the story.

Benet challenged Berry’s claim on Oprah that he was a sex addict.

“I am not a sex addict,” he said. “I am a person who…through a series of emotional events, troubles, challenges, made some really, really stupid, painful mistakes.”
