The Toronto International Film Festival is always a star-studded affair and its 25th edition will be no different. Though not all the celebs are confirmed at this point, a lot of the folks mentioned below will hit the red carpet.

The Festival will be presenting the world premiere of Bruce Paltrow’s film Duets. The karaoke comedy features Bruce’s daughter Gwyneth, Huey Lewis, Maria Bello, Scott Speedman, Andre Braugher, and Paul Giamatti.

There’s also the highly-anticipated North American premiere of Shadow of the Vampire. John Malkovich plays the visionary director F.W. Murnau, while Willem Dafoe plays Max Schreck, an actor cast by Murnau as a vampire. When cast and crew start to disappear, they begin to believe Schreck may be the real thing.

Writer-director David Mamet will be presenting State and Main, a satire about a movie crew invading a New England town. The film features Alec Baldwin, William H. Macy, Sarah Jessica Parker, Charles Durning, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Alec Baldwin and Julia Stiles.
