George Carlin dead at 71

Comic genius George Carlin died of heart failure in Los Angeles on Sunday. He was 71. He had been admitted to the Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica in the afternoon with chest pains.

Best known for his “Seven Words You Can Never Say On Television”, Carlin poked away at language, religion, and the government.
