Harvey Weinstein hit with class-action suit

Harvey Weinstein, the disgraced movie mogul, is now facing a class-action suit as three women accuse him of sexual assault and rape.

The suit says that meetings were arranged by Miramax or The Weinstein Company employees to have the women (Caitlin Dulany, Larissa Gomes, and Melissa Thompson) meet with Weinstein “in an attempt to engage in unwanted sexual conduct that took many forms: flashing, groping, fondling, harassing, battering, false imprisonment, sexual assault and attempted rape, and/or completed rape.”

Weinstein has already been arrested and charged with multiple counts of rape and criminal sex acts against two other women.
