Welcome to our coverage of the 40th Annual People's Choice Awards — the show where the fans get to vote and the winners already know they've won yet act surprised anyway. We'll have live coverage starting at 9pm. ET.

The show starts with Two Broke Girls' Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs in their restaurant serving meals to the various nominees. When Kaley Cuoco relaizes she doesn't have enough to tip them, she gives them her invitation to host the show.

Tonight's first presenter is Sean Hayes, who's here to present Favorite Movie Actress. And the People's Choice Award goes to Sandra Bullock. We also hear that she's won Dramatic and Comedic Actress as well as Gravity winning Drama Film.

Time for Jessica Alba to come out and present Favorite Album. And the People's Choice Award goes to Justin Timberlake, who we hear has also won Favorite Male Artist and Favorite R&B Artist.

Mom co-stars Anna Faris and Allison Janney are presenting Favorite Daytime Talk Show host. And the People's Choice Award goes to Ellen. "I'd say 'sit down' but you already are."

Anna and Allison now present Favorite New Talk Show Host. And the People's Choice Award goes to Queen Latifah.

The next presenter is also the winner of Favorite dramtic TV Actress Castle's Stana Katic, who introduces a performance by Sara Bareilles.
