Giacchetto, whose Cassandra Group provided financial advice to the stars, needed funds to support his own extravagant lifestyle. Some of the stars started getting wary about his lifestyle. Hoping to have their money carefully managed by a button-down shirt kind of guy, they instead realized he loved hanging with Leo’s posse. If convicted, Giacchetto faces up to 20 years in jail and millions of dollars in fines.
