Lindsay Lohan pleads not guilty on car crash misdemeanor charges

Sadly we’re pretty much at the point where Lindsay Lohan has more court-related items in her life than acting credits.

Today, lawyer Shawn Holley entered pleas of not guilty to three misdemeanor charges stemming from a June car crash. Lindsay was not required to be in court today, but will have to attend a January 30th pre-trial hearing.

Lohan was charged with lying to police, reckless driving and obstructing police from performing their duties. Police allege the troubled actress slammed her sports car into a truck. Lohan told police she wasn’t driving. She was still on probation related to her 2011 theft case and faces over 200 days in jail if it’s determined she was in violation of that probation.
