Zeta-Jones and Douglas win photo case

A London judge has ruled in favor of Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas in their case against Hello! magazine. The magazine published photos taken by a photographer who snuck into their November 2000 wedding.

The judge ruled the photos of the $2 million wedding infringed upon the commercial value of their wedding as the couple had done their best to keep the wedding secure and had signed a contract to release official photos to another publication.
