61st Golden Globe Award nominations announced

The 2004 Golden Globe nominations were announced Thursday, and the Civil War drama Cold Mountain led the film pack with eight nominations including nods for actors Nicole Kidman, Jude Law and Renée Zellwegger. Director/writer Anthony Minghella also received two nods for best director and best screenplay.
