O’Neal has leukemia

A spokesperson for actor Ryan O’Neal has confirmed the 60-year-old actor has chronic leukemia.

O’Neal, best known for his Oscar® nominated performance in Love Story, recently completed work on People I Know with Kim Basinger and Al Pacino.

The spokesperson added that O’Neal has been undergoing treatment and is doing well.
