Chuck Jones dead at 89

Chuck Jones, the animator who brought life to Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig and Daffy Duck had died of congestive heart failure. He was 89.

He made more than 300 animated films, won three Oscars® as a director, and received an honorary Oscar® in 1996.

He also produced, directed and wrote the original Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
