Jennifer Aniston settles topless photo suit

Jennifer Aniston has settled out of court with the two publishers she was suing for publishing topless photos of her in her own backyard.

The publishers, Man’s World Publications Inc. and Crescent Publishing Group, printed topless photos of Aniston taken by a photographer who trespassed into a neighbor’s yard and scaled an eight-foot wall to take the shots. The photos appeared in Celebrity Skin, High Society and Celebrity Sleuth.

The settlement was announced in court, but the two parties are barred from discussing the details.
