Sanjaya Malakar‘s reign of terror on American Idol has finally ended.
The audience was a little stunned when Wednesday night’s bottom three included LaKisha Jones and Blake Lewis — but judge Simon Cowell was obviously pleased that the less-talented yet popular Sanjaya was there.
After Blake was sent to safety, host Ryan Seacrest kept the tension going before finally sending a weeping Sanjaya packing.
